Ingredients used in Hariyali Jinga
• Shrimp - 500 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 3 bunch.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 2-3 springs.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chili - 4 number.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves ,green chilies, salt in a fine paste and keep a side.
  • Take a pan add oil, chopped onions ,salt and saute it . Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add green paste and cook till it release oil from it.
  • Once it get cooked, add chopped curry leaves and cook it till mixture get dry.
  • Then add shrimp, mix well so all the green paste coat shrimp properly.
  • After that add crushed pepper on top and cook for 2-3minutes with the lid on it.
  • Then mix it and again cook for 2 minutes. Now add garam masala and mix well.
  • Switch off the flame and add lime juice.

Serve hot.
