A very healthy dal with three kinds of dal’s with lots of proteins and vitamins. Best eaten with rice and phulka.
- Take oil in a hot pressure cooker.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, onions, salt, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder and saute it.
- Now add soaked moong dal, lobia, chana dal, water and mix it.
- Let it cook for 5-6 whistles on slow flame.
- After 5-6 whistles check the salt and mash it with a masher.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or pulka.
