- Make chapatti with the chapatti dough and cut into small sizes and shapes then dry it for 4 hours on a paper.
- Take soaked chana dal in a container and boil for 5minutes on a slow flame with lid on it.
- After 4 minutesremove the lid and check it.
- When its 60% cooked add chapatti pieces and mix once.
- Cook this for another 2-3 minutes.
- Now add milk and let it boil.
- For tempering take ghee in hot pan and add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, dry fruits and sauté it.
- Transfer this in the sweet and mix once.
- Now add cardamom powder and jaggery to it.
- After 2-3 minutes of boiling switch off the flame.
