Shami kebab or shaami kebab is a popular local variety of kebab in the Indian Subcontinent. Apart from Punjabi cuisine it is a part of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine.
- Take soya granules and place in boiling water for 5 minutes and squeeze water and keep aside.

- Heat butter with little oil in a pan and place the kabab and cook it on both sides.
