Sago And Puffed Rice Vadiyalu is fascinated with the look of these colorful puffed sago pearls which look like thermocol balls and tastes like.

  1. Take a mixie jar, add green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, lime juice, salt and blend it.
  2. Boil water in a pan, add soaked sago and cook it.
  3. Add green chilli mixture and mix nicely, later switch off flame.
  4. Add puffed rice and mix nicely.
  5. Take small quantity and spread round shape vadiyalu like as shown in video.
  6. Allow it dry under direct sunlight.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dried vadiyalu.

Now the Sago and Puffed Rice Vadiyalu is ready to serve.
