Mint and Masoor Tikki Whole masoor has been combined with bread crumbs, paneer and flavoured with loads of mint. A minty fresh delight! Mint is a popular herb used extensively in Indian cooking. - Take boiled masoor dal(already soaked overnight in water) and mash it with a masher or hand.
- Now add mint leaves, green chilli paste, paneer, lemon juice, salt, bread crumbs, garam masala powder and mix it thoroughly.
- Make small tikkis with it and coat chick pea flour. Make all the tikki’s in the same way and keep aside.
- Add little oil in a hot pan and pan fry the tikki’s till they become golden brown.
- Transfer them in a plate and serve with green chutney or sweet chutney.
