Raj Bhog is a popular traditional Indian sweet, made with cottage cheese and dry fruits. It is specially served as offering to god.
- Mix cashews, almond flakes, pistachios, cardamom powder and grind to fine powder.
- Then add saffron milk and mix it to a thick paste.
- Later prepare it to small balls and keep aside.
