An Indian soup of Paneer goli dal shobra, it is healthy and tasty.
- Take a pressure cooker pan add oil, red chillies, ginger julians, cloves of garlic, peppercorns, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, moong dal, tomatoes and saute it.
- Then add salt, water and close it with pressure cooker.
- Leave it for 7-8 vessels.
- Then blend it in a mixie jar.
- Then transfer into a hot pan and add lots of water to it and leave it for boiling.
- For goli in a bowl add grated paneer, flour, hot boiling water, salt, chopped mint, finely chopped carrot and mix it nicely.
- Then prepare it like goli's and transfer into a pan and add water.
- Take papad on to a chopping board and cut it like julians.
- Transfer these julians into a hot oil and fry it.
- Then transfer into a plate add chilli powder on top of it.
- Add butter to the boiling shorba and mix it nicely.
- The shorba is ready and transfer into a soup plate.
- Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and place papad on top of it.
Now paneer dal goli shorba is ready.
