Endu Chapala Mukkala pulusu is a traditional south Indian recipe can be prepared with any combination of vegetables which indeed flavors your dish with unique flavors.
- Clean the dry fish, soak them in water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder and saute till onions turn slightly transparent.
- Now add red chili powder, chopped drumsticks, brinjal, ridge gourd, potatoes, rajma and any other vegetables of your choice along with 1 cup of water, cook well by stirring occasionally on slow flame.
- Once vegetables get completely cooked add tamarind pulp, green chilies, coriander powder and bring it to boil (stir fry)
- Later add soaked dry fishesand mix well.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and saute for half a minute.
- Then, transfer this tempering to above pan and give it a mix.
Hot and spicy Endu Chapala Mukkala Pulusu is now ready to serve.
