Ragi dosa is very nutritious as ragi consists of calcium.
- Soak urad dal for 3 - 4 hours and grind into fine paste.
- In a bowl and ragi four, salt, rice flour, curd, water, baking soda, add required water and mix it like a dosa batter.
- Now take plate and add sliced onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, tomatos, roasted sesame seeds powder, grated coconut, lime juice and mix it.
- Take ragi dosa batter and pour one laddle on the tawa and sprinkle little oil and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Then add the prepared mixture andfold it.
Serve with groundnut chutney or coconut chutney or your favourite chutney.
