Ingredients used in Mint Paratha
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Dry mint leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, mix it like medium soft dough, and let it rest for few minutes.
  • In another bowl add cumin powder, pepper powder, dry mint leaves, salt, mix it.
  • Take the dough and divide them into equal portion, roll it like a thin sheet and apply the butter and masala on top and make the layers and Paratha, the sheet fold it criss cross like fan fold.
  • Make the layers facing outwards like a circle, roll them like a round sheet, place the paratha on the griddle and apply the butter and cook it on both sides.

Serve this hot with yogurt and your favorite curry.

Paratha is a flatbread that originated from the Indian Subcontinent. They are considered to be the most preferred morning meal at most north Indian homes, restaurants and dhabas across the country. Parathas can also be eaten at lunch or dinner. They are one of the best foods that kids would love to eat. Parathas are made using unleavened flour, pan fried. These breads differ from area to area highlighting the variety of Indian culture and food habits.
