Paneer dingiri recipe is a delicious combination of paneer and mushrooms, simmered in a tomato based creamy gravy.
- Cook the mushrooms in the hot water for 2 minutes by adding salt and turmeric powder.
- For the gravy, heat oil in a pan add cashew nuts, coriander stems, onions, chopped green chilies, tomato pieces, salt, mix it and let it cook with closed lid till they are soft, and make into a paste.
- Heat a pan add butter and ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavour is gone.
- Now add white pepper powder, turmeric powder and already prepared paste, required water mix it and let it cook with closed lid for 5 more minutes.
- Add paneer pieces and boiled mushrooms along with boiled water of mushroom, garam masala, cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add slit green chilies, cream, mix it well, switch off the flame.
