Paneer pastry puffs have a excellent crispy, flaky texture, yummy filling and a ideal tea time snack.  A best puff pastry should be light, flaky and the layers must expand when cooked leaving large air pockets inside. It is a homemade Indian cheese that is used in making different desserts, appetizers and main course dishes. Paneer is a very versatile, soft ingredient that blends well with most rich and creamy sauces. It is usually served as an appetizer or accompaniment to a main course.
