HUZOORO WALE PALAK PANEER is a combination of spinach and paneer is not only highly nutritious, but is a splendid blend of taste, texture and flavour. The paneer in this recipe has been fried to add some extra flavour.
- Take a bowl, add spinach (blanched and chopped), grated paneer, chopped coriander, chopped green chilies, salt (to taste), chili powder and garam masala and mix it well.
- Make a kofta of this mixture by adding all purpose flour, just make them the shape as you like. Then shallow fry kofta's in hot oil and transfer to a plate.
- In the same pan, add chopped onions and butter, saute it till onions are slightly golden in color.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, rest of the green chilies, tomato puree, chili powder, cook this till the oil ooze out.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, add red bell pepper paste which has been burned and remove the flesh out of it, and made a nice paste.
- Then add garam masala powder and crushed pepper powder and cook for some time.
- Later, add some water and let it cook to make thick gravy, season with sugar, butter, cream and mix it well.
- Finally put the koftas in to the gravy, cook for a minute and switch off the flame, and serve it with rice.
