- Take blanched palak in a bowl. Then add wheat flour, rice flour, besan, peanuts, coriander powder, ginger, turmeric, chopped green chilies, salt and mix well. Also, add some water and make a dough using some oil.
- Take one plastic sheet and apply oil to that. Now take some dough in your hand and with the help of some oil on your fingers just make a poori by pressing with hand.
- Make a small hole in between. To shallow fry this,add some oil in a pan and cook this poori both the sides.
- Once they get a nice color switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate.
Serve hot with your kind of chutney.
