This stew is not spicy and so kids just love it as a soup. Its a nice way to feed them veggies
- Cut the meat into small bite size pieces. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until transparent,
- Add cut ginger and garlic, green chilli.
- Now add 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Add the meat pieces and saute until meat is browned on all sides.
- Now add 2 cups of water, cook meat until half done.
- Then start adding the veggies starting with potatoes, then beans, then carrots, then peas.
- Once all the veggies are added your meat and veggies will all be cooked at the same time.
- Now add salt, pepper and garam masala powder.
- Make sure the gravy is not to thin nor too thick. Top with choped fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with crusty bread.
