- Grind fine paste of brown onion and boiled chana dal.
- Dry roast black cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, coriander seeds till they turn to black color.
- Then add sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dedicated coconut, and grind to coarse powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mutton pieces along with water and cook it at least for 20 minutes.
