Lamb Trimmings Fry

This dish mostly made by labor or low class people because this trimmings were low cost they cook with limited ingredients and lots of spicy and have along drinks.

• Cook the lamb trimmings in the water and keep aside.
• Heat oil in a pan add green chilies, pieces of trimming, red chili powder, curry powder, crushed pepper, salt, cook it.
• At last, add crushed garlic, mint leaves, coriander leaves and toss it.

Serve this with cooked rice.
