Masala atta papad is simple and instant papad served with rice or as a snack.
- Take a bowl and add wheat flour, chickpea flour, carom seeds, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mix nicely.
- To it add water and make the slightly hard dough, add little oil and knead it.
- Divide dough into small portion and dust some flour and roll into thin round papad.
