Description

This chutney recipe uses dry red chillies and with the combination of garlic flavour. It is spicy and delicious chutney enhances taste and flavour of many indian snack item.

1. In a blender, blend the red chilli and make a powder then add garlic, curry leaves, salt, tamarind juice and once again blend it to make a paste. 2. Now for tempering heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and chana dal and saute it for 1 mins then switch off the flame. 3. Now add this tempering to chutney and mix it, then transfer it into a bowl. 4. Tasty red chilli chutney is ready to serve it with hot rice and add ghee on it.
