This curry is also called makai ka soweta its a tipical rajastani dish made with lamb and sweet corn it is one of excellent combination which can have it with rice and any roti.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add whole garam masala spices (cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf), shahi jeera, cumin seeds, bay leaves, crushed coriander, sliced onions, salt and cook onions are golden in colour,
- Then add mace, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili paste and switch off the flame.
- To it, even add mutton pieces, garam masala powder, beaten curd, and mix it well. Later add crushed corn (grinded in a blender) and mix it well.Lets rest it for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, cook meat till nice and tender, when mutton is cooked add nutmeg powder, chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this hot with rice, chapattis, and naan.
