This is a easy Indian sweet preparation which is made with cashew nuts and pistachios.
- In a blender, add pista and make it into a fine powder. Keep it aside.
- In a hot pan add half of sugar and some water, make it into a one string syrup.
- In this, add pista powder, cardamom powder, mix it well and switch off the flame, transfer this into a plate and let it cool down.
- In the same blende, add cashew nuts and make it into a powder. Keep it aside.
- Again hot another pan, add remaining sugar and some water, make it into a one string syrup.
