- Heat the kadhai very hot, in this add onions, green chili, green peas and add butter, turmeric powder, salt to taste saute it for few minutes.
- Add juliennes of spinach, small pieces of potatoes, chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, garam masala, mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Then move the sauteed mixture on edges. Later add 1 cube of butter, spring onions, squeeze lemon juice.
- At last, add cooked rice on top, mix this well.
Serve this with raitha.
