- Soak horse gram and red chillies in water for overnight and strain the water in morning.
- Blend both black gram and red chillies to make a paste with out any water.
- Take it in a bowl and add salt, finely chopped dill leaves, onions, coriander leaves, rice flour and mix it nicely.
- Now make flat vada’s with the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil.
