Shrimp Fry is a crispy, succulent deep-fried shrimp covered in a light tempura-like batter flavored with coconut.
- First of all deep- fried shrimp.
- In a large bowl, add shrimp, Chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix well.
- Then add chopped curry leaves, little egg white and mix it well. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a small plate or bowl mic coconut powder and all- purpose flour.
- Coat shrimp pieces with powder mixture properly and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Once oil get hot, put coated shrimps in it and deep- fry till it get light golden color.
- Take out on a paper towel so excess oil get absorb.
