A vegetable packed pie great for giving to children. Gluten free pastry filled with butternut squash, extra mature cheddar cheese, spinach and red peppers, in a creamy sauce. Hand finished with a vegetable topping.
- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, butter and mix it, later add water and add little water and make a soft pie dough, allow it rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add diced onions, carrots, french beans, green bell pepper, sweet corn, salt, mixed herbs, black pepper and saute it.
- Add fresh cream and mix nicely.
- Dust some flour and roll dough into a sheet and place in a baking tray on top of silicon sheet.
- Press and fold edges like as shown in video.
- Spread the vegetables and on top of it sprinkle the pizza or mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs.
- Place in oven at 180 degree for 12 minutes, later cut into pieces.
Now handmade vegetable open pie is ready to serve.
