Delicious combo of chicken with baby corn spiced up with herbs and coated with thin layer sheets of roti, fried to crispy light brown. This crunchy snack filled with healthy stuffing.
- Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add melted butter, salt (to taste), ajwain, mix to a nice dough by adding water in small quantities and rest it for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped green chilies, onions, salt and saute for about a minute.
- Now, add chicken pieces, crushed pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cook until chicken turns tender enough. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped baby corn and saute it for 2-3 more minutes.
- Add a teaspoon of lemon juice, toss it well and turn off the flame.
- Take small portions of dough, roll them into small rotis and cut them into 2 halves.
- Shape each half of roti into a cone, stuff it with the prepared chicken mixture, seal it and deep fry in hot oil.
