Noodle Omelettes are an easy Breakfast option that are healthy and filling.
- Take a bowl add sliced capsicum, carrot, red cabbage, onions, spring onions, green chili, pepper powder, chili sauce, salt and mix it to keep it aside.
- Now take another bowl add eggs and beat it well and pour into vegetables to mix it.
- Place a pan on the stove and add 2 tsp of oil and spread it then add noodles and pour this egg mixture on noodle and cover it with a lid to cook it on very slow flame for 2 mins, cook it both the sides.
- Now transfer it to a plate, then on the same pan take two bread slice fry it till they change little bit color and switch off the flame.
- Now cut the omelet into four pieces and place in the middle of the bread slice.
