- Soak Haleem wheat for 24hours.
- Marinate meat with ginger garlic paste,salt,red chillie powder,garam masala and turmeric.
- Pressure cook the marinated meat and soaked wheat with 2 cups of water for 30-45 minutes at medium flame.
- Coarsely grind it after cooling.
- Pour it in to a heavy bottom skillet and add the green masala,lime juice and some more water.cook till the blisters start .
- Garnish with cilantro ,crispy fried onions and lemon wedges.
