A simple way of making chicken Kung Pao ( Indo-Chinese Style) with a nice sauce.
- Take a bowl add chicken stock, soya sauce, pepper powder, rice vinegar, ajinomoto, chilies, chili sauce mix well and keep aside.
- Now take chicken, soya sauce, egg, salt mix all and add corn flour mix again.
- In a pan heat oil fry the marinated chicken and keep aside.
- In another pan add sesame oil, red chilies, chopped garlic and ginger, mix well then add all vegetables and then add the chicken stock mix well then add the fried chicken, peanuts, spring onion, lastly add cornflour mix in water for thickness, cook for 5minutes and switch off the flame.
