Chicken Badham Korma Biryani is delicious biryani recipe with a perfect blend of spices and richness of almonds.
- Take a blender andadd fresh coconut pieces, brown onions, sautéed almonds,grind to a fine paste by adding required amount of water and keep aside.
- Now take chicken pieces in a bowl, add white pepper powder, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, mint leaves, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, salt, give it a mix, add oil, earlier prepared paste and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, transfer the marinated chicken pieces into it, add curd, saute tillchicken turns tender enough.
- Meanwhile,boil water in anotherpan, season with salt, add oil, whole garam masala spices, soaked rice and cook it (till riceturns 80% cooked).
- Now transfer the cooked rice into the cooking pan with chicken in it, top it with ghee and saffron water, cook with a closed lid for about 30 minutes( first 5 minutes on high flame,next 15 minutes on medium flame and 10 more minutes on the slow flame).
Serve with raitha.
