It’s a very simple and spicy snack recipe with fresh mango salad with it.
- Take butter in a plate and add mustard powder, finely chopped ginger, lime juice, Kashmiri red chili powder and mix it well.
- Now add rice flour, salt, chopped spring onions and mix it well.

- For kosumallai salad take half-n-hour before soaked moong dal, finely chopped raw mango, cucumber, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, sugar, lime juice, salt, and mix it well.

- Now add black pepper powder, fresh grated coconut and mix it again.
- Switch off the flame and take a mould on a plate and fill the mixture in it.
- Now place the paneer slice on it and garnish it with sauce and spring onions.
