Gobi Manchurian is a Desi or an Indo-Chinese Gobi Manchurian street food item popular in India.
- Mix cornflour, maida, garlic-green chili paste, salt( as per taste) along with little warm water to make a thick paste.
- Dip Cauliflower florets into this paste and deep fry them until golden brown and set them aside.
For gravy:
- Boil gobi for 5 minutes in hot water, strain and keep aside.
- Now in a kadai, heat little oil and fry onions until transparent.
- To this add ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Then add chopped capsicum and fry them for a minute.
- Later add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and saute it for a few seconds.
- To this add about 3 tablespoons of water and fried and cool the gobi bajias.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
