- Dry roast peanut and make coarse powder in a blender.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion little salt and cook it until it is nice and soft.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and saute it, later add water and cook with lid on it.
- When onion become soft add peanut and cook for 3-4 minutes until oil floats on top.
- Atlast add coriander leaves and switch off flame.
Now peanut curry is ready to serve with rice or roti.
