- Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it and rest it for 10 minutes.
- Take out 1 equal portion out of the dough. Place flour on a flat-bottomed dish. Dip one dough ball at a time in the flour and roll out to a large roti or flat layer.
- Now dip one side of the roti in the flour. Place it back to the rolling board floured side down.
- Then place the sliced boiled eggs and add one beaten egg and seal it and cut with the pizza cutter.
- Now take a pan and add oil and place the paratha and cook it both sides.
