- Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, crushed garlic, kalonji, chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric and saute it.
- Then add boiled garbanzo, green peas, green moong, and cook it for some time.
- In this oil, add chili powder, garam masala powder, chopped tomato, jaggery, after sometime of sauting even add tamarind juice, cook this till moisture is evaporate.
Serve this with chapatti, naan.
