Drumstick corn and dal poriyal is a simple basic curry served with rice and roti.
- Heat oil in a pan and add toor dal and saute it for 1 minute, later add water cook until it is 75% done with lid on it.
- Add sweet corn, drumstick leaves and mix and cook it for 2 minutes with lid on it.
- Heat oil in another pan and add dry red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, asafoetida and saute it.
