Doobki Matri is a deep fried Punjabi snack recipe made with maida, oil and salt. These matris are great when enjoyed with pickle or aloo ki subzi.
- Take a pestle add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, carom seeds, red chili flakes and crush it.
