- Grind soaked chana dal into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cummin seeds, lentil paste, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala powder . Fry until water completely dries.
- Take wheat flour in a bowl, add little oil, and salt andmake into a stiff dough. Divide into medium balls. Roll out each ball into a round shape. Place a portion of the filling in the center.
