Quick and easy to make, these pancakes are scrumptious as a main course, side dish or brunch dish.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, saute it. Then add chopped garlic, salt and stir it.
- Add chopped spinach and nutmeg, little white pepper powder in the same pan and saute it, later transfer into a bowl.
- Heat butter in a pan, add 1 teaspoon of all purpose flour then saute it and switch off the flame.
- Add ½ cup milk, cream, a pinch of salt, nutmeg, 1 bay leaf and cook sauce and keep white sauce aside.
- Heat oil in another pan, add garlic flakes, dried herbs, tomato puree, water and mix it.
- Add crushed pepper, salt, 1 nos bay leaf and cook it and keep tomato sauce aside.
- Take a bowl and add ¾ cup milk, salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, little white pepper powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, grated cheese and mix batter thickly.
- Heat pan and place batter and spread pancake.
- On it spread spinach mixture and semi-cook it and transfer into chopping board and roll it.
- Place it in a baking tray and bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
- Cut the pancake arrange it in a serving plate with tomato sauce mixture like as shown in the video.
- Pour white sauce and again garnish with tomato sauce and coriander leaves.
Now cheesy spiral spinach pancake is ready to serve.
