Chili Paneer Curry can be made at home with all easily available ingredients in a short span of time to relish your meal.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cashew nuts, almonds, chopped onions, green chilies, salt and saute till onions turn transparent.
- Then add garlic cloves, slices of ginger, mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, tomatoes, turmeric powder, cook it, transfer to a blender, grind to a fine pasteand keep aside.
