This is a very simple chutney made with bottle gourd peel.
- In a hot pan add sesame seeds and dry roast it. Switch off the flame and transfer it in a blender to make powder.
- Now in the same pan add some oil and bottle gourd peel, cumin seeds, green chillies, garlic, turmeric and tamarind to give sourness. Cook it on a very slow flame with salt in it.
- Let it cook for 5minutes with lid on it on a slow flame. Switch off the flame and transfer this in a blender to make a paste.
- Temper it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, red chillies in oil.
- Once the colour changes add this on the chutney and mix it properly and serve
