This is a very easy and very tasty chutney made with sesame seeds goes very well with kebabs.
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic, sesame seeds, chili flakes, coconut pieces, cumin seeds, cook it on a slow flame for 3 minutes,
- Add tamarind juice, salt, switch off the flame let it cool down and put it into the blender and make a paste.
- For tempering heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splatter, cumin seeds, Urad daal, hing, curry leaves, switch off the flame, and pour the sesame seeds paste into the bowl
- Add a pinch of sugar mix it and before serving add tempering.
