- Peel the yellow cucumber and cut into pieces.
- Heat in a pan, add urad dal. And add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chillies dry roast it for 3-4 minutes in slow flame.
- Rest it for 2 minutes. Transfer to the mixie jar and add salt grind to coarse powder.
- To it add raw mango pieces, green chillies, salt, and add some water blend it into a coarse paste.
- Transfer to a bowl, add cucumber pieces and mix it nicely.
