Veggie pops are excellent snack made with a mix of vegetables made into dumplings coated with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped bean, carrot, green peas, cauliflower, corn, saute it by adding salt, mixed herb, pepper powder, chopped spinach along with hot water and semolina, mix it. Cook it with closed lid on a slow flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
- After that, sprinkle some curry powder, cook it for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
- To that mixture, add the all purpose flour and mix it well to make smalldumplings. Keep aside.
