This is a famous Hyderabadi dish and also a favorite rice dish through the Indian sub-continent.
- In a pan and water, salt oil, basmati and cook it till 80% done.
- Take a pan and add oil, caraway seeds, bay leaf, maze, biryani flower, star anise, cardamom, cloves, ginger garlic paste and saute it well.
- Now add mint leaves, green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chicken and cook it.
- In a horse gram and black gram, soup add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, brown onions and mix it well and add it into a chicken cooking pan and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now add cooked rice, saffron, ghee and cook it for 10 minutes.
