Dabba biryani is an innovative way of preparing Biryani using air fryer which is best suited for even heating of the box from all sides for that perfect Biryani.
- In a bowl, add boneless chicken, chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chili paste, chopped mint, chopped coriander, slit green chilies, ginger garlic paste, shahi jeera, ghee, lime juice & salt then mix it.
- Now add curd mix it well again put the marinated chicken in a bowl.
- Add some curd in the rest of the masala mix it well.
- In a tiffin box, add 70 % of cooked rice, fried onions, curd mixture repeats the process again to form a layer.
- Then add marinated chicken pieces again add fried onions also add saffron water on top of it. Seal the box now and just keep it in the air fryer.
- Cook at 180 degrees centigrade for the first 5 minutes then at 140 degrees centigrade for 10 to 12 minutes.
- After 15 minutes switch off the air fryer and let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot.
