This is a south indian breakfast recipe, made with semiya and tomato puree.
- Heat pan and add butter, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chilli (remove the seeds) chopped onions, salt, curry leaves, saute it and add tomato puree, cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomato ketchup, green peas and add water let this come to boil meanwhile dry roast the vermicelli by adding ghee or butter.
- when water starts boiling, add the roasted vermicelli and required water put the lid on and let it cook for 5 minutes in a slow flame.
- finally add chopped coriander and switch off the flame.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
