Tofu bhurji or indian style scrambled tofu is what i make for a quick brunch or as a side dish. this tofu bhurji is veganized recipe of paneer bhurji.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions and saute it, later add green chillies, turmeric powder, tomatoes and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
- To it add tofu, coriander powder, salt and saute it.
- Atlast add coriander leaves, spring onions, lime juice and saute it, later switch off flame.
Now tofu bhurji is ready to serve.
