Combination of tinda and Moong Dal forms a tasty vegetable curry,
- Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilies, cumin seeds when cumin seeds splutter add curry leaves, chopped onions, salt and saute it for 3 minutes.
- Then add turmeric powder, green chili paste, tinda pieces and some water, semi- cook it then add soaked moong dal, grated coconut and let it cook on slow flame for 5 minutes with closed lid.
Serve it with chapati or roti.
